One of my go to exercises for rear delts is the reverse fly - I alternate between these and face pulls
The shoulder is made up of three heads, the front, side and rear deltoid. The front and side heads typically get hit hard through pushing exercises - balancing your push and pull movements in your routine is important for shoulder health and helps correct postural imbalances. Many people have hunchback like posture as it is, neglecting to work the back and rear deltoids will worsen this problem. Plus, if you want yoir shoulders to be fuller you need to work them just as hard as the front and lateral heads 💪
